At Live Nation, we’re passionate about transforming live events and creating extraordinary moments for artists, event professionals, and fans.
Role Objective:
We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President, Touring. If you thrive in high-pressure environments, can think three steps ahead, and have a knack for keeping complex operations running smoothly—this is the role for you.
This is more than your standard EA position. You’ll be the strategic right hand to one of Live Nation’s most senior executives, helping manage shifting priorities, tight schedules, and critical decisions with precision and confidence.
From high-level calendar control and global travel logistics to preparing executive communications and managing key relationships, you’ll bring structure and focus to a fast-moving environment.
You’ll liaise across departments and time zones, bridging the gap between internal teams and global partners—ensuring everything from boardroom meetings to backstage runs seamlessly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Executive Support: Provide high-level, proactive administrative support to the SVP Touring including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Calendar & Communication Management: Prioritise scheduling and communication flow to ensure the SVP’s time and focus are maximised effectively.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure alignment across key meetings.
- Confidential Correspondence: Handle sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism, acting as the SVP’s key point of contact.
- Travel & Event Logistics: Book and manage all domestic and international travel including itineraries, accommodation, and transport for the SVP.
- Documentation & Reporting: Assist with drafting reports, presentations, and key documentation as required by the SVP Touring.
- Team & Stakeholder Liaison: Build relationships across internal departments and external partners to support smooth information flow.
- Office Operations Support: Contribute to broader office administration and logistics when required, assisting the Touring team as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- EA Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — ideally in music, entertainment, or media.
- Outstanding Organisation: High attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities with grace.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Trustworthy and composed when dealing with sensitive or high-level matters.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and confident written and verbal communicator.
- Proactive Mindset: Able to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and stay one step ahead.
- Tech Savviness: Competent across Microsoft Office, travel booking platforms, and internal systems.
- Calm Under Pressure: Able to keep things moving during periods of pressure, change, or uncertainty.
- Team Player Attitude: Friendly, flexible, and collaborative — ready to pitch in and contribute where needed.
The Benefits:
- A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
- Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
- A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
- Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.
