Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience in executive or senior administrative support roles.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO and/or senior executive team.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule internal and external engagements.
  • Plan and organise executive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, briefings, presentations, and board material with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Screen and prioritise incoming communications (calls, emails, mail), responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
  • Support preparation for leadership meetings, including agenda development, minutes taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and sensitive information securely.
  • Act as a primary point of liaison between executives, internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.
