About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our General Manager – Technology and General Manager - Digital.

This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting

  • Manage communication and correspondence, acting as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings and technology related initiatives

  • Support project coordination and follow-up on key action items across the Technology division

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

  • Assist in organizing team events, town halls, and leadership offsites

  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of the GM’s office by anticipating needs and providing solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a technology or retail environment

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Trello)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

  • A high level of discretion, tact, and professionalism

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

  • Experience working with senior executives or in agile tech environments is a plus
