Business Overview

The IFM Investors' Executive Office (EO) is responsible for executing the firm's strategy and delivering strong results for IFM Investors' clients, shareholders and employees. The EO leads IFM's global business, with 17 offices and four investment teams: Infrastructure, Debt Investments, Listed Equities and Real Estate.

The Role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer primarily provides high level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness across leadership, governance, stakeholder engagement and enterprise priorities.

The Executive Assistant will have extensive experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.  The ability to work under pressure, be solutions-focused, interact with staff at all levels and represent the Executive Office with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality are all crucial parts of this role.

Your Background and Experience

• Significant experience supporting a CEO, C-suite executive or equivalent senior leader in a complex global corporate environment.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with significant ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent written, verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and IFM staff.
