The Corporate Receptionist manages front-of-house operations, creating positive first impressions, coordinating meetings, supporting office operations, and handling travel logistics and admin tasks.

Lead design, delivery and management of client-centric funds and solutions for APAC clients. Ensure product initiatives meet client needs, regulatory standards, operational and legal risk controls, budgets and timelines while influencing stakeholders and driving change across the product operating model.

Support development and administration of fund and mandate compliance programs. Perform daily pre- and post-trade monitoring in Aladdin, review fund documentation, identify and investigate breaches, work with stakeholders on remediation, lead process improvement projects, contribute to training, and support new mandates and products across Operations.

The role involves monitoring global regulatory developments, supporting compliance initiatives, and ensuring adherence to regulations across jurisdictions.
