Leads global external-relations and public-affairs initiatives to position IFM as a trusted investment partner, influence policy supporting pension capital, advise internal teams on regulatory impacts, and collaborate with investors, governments, industry bodies, and advocacy organizations to achieve commercial and investment objectives.

Leads strategic communications priorities across global markets, developing enterprise narratives, thought leadership, integrated influence campaigns, and stakeholder messaging. Supports reputation management, capital raising, and growth objectives through media relations, public affairs, crisis communications, and issues management. Collaborates with corporate communications, government relations, investment, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure consistent messaging, accountable execution, and measurable impact.

Manage and execute the IRAPT Fund strategy in partnership with senior leadership. Oversee fund performance, investment decisions, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and external service providers. Analyze real estate assets, support value creation, and contribute to client and fund management activities. The role requires expertise in funds or investment management, real estate markets, leasing, asset management, due diligence, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis.

Supports IFM Investors’ enterprise risk management framework through policy governance, internal audit tracking, stakeholder information requests, risk indicator reporting, dashboards, and governance system maintenance. The role also contributes to process improvement and broader risk initiatives while developing analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Produces investment accounting information for funds and investments, including NAVs, unit prices, transaction records, investor reporting, settlements, corporate actions, financial statements, reconciliations, tax and regulatory reporting, audits, and product implementation. The role requires collaboration with custodians, investors, operations, and front-office stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and supporting accounting initiatives.

Manages finance systems, integrations, data processes, reporting, system configuration, access, vendors, and issue resolution. The role drives finance technology improvements, automation, process optimisation, data governance, and AI-enabled solutions while partnering with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to support transformation initiatives and maintain secure, reliable data for financial and regulatory needs.

Supports the Chief Operating Officer and ODT Leadership Team through strategic coordination, management reporting, business planning, financial oversight, governance, executive communications, performance dashboards, and KPI development. The role strengthens operating discipline, accountability, workflow execution, and alignment between Operations, Data, Technology, and enterprise stakeholders.

Provides administrative support to the COO Office and Operations, Data & Technology leadership team. Responsibilities include travel and diary management, expense processing, invoicing, meeting materials, presentations, conference bookings, room and catering coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, and ad hoc administrative duties. The role requires discretion, initiative, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting senior leaders.
