What We’re Looking For
The Enterprise Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving new Enterprise and Large Enterprise business into EROAD, bringing new logos into our growing customer base.
This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships with key prospects, and clearly articulating the value of EROAD’s solutions through a consultative sales approach.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. About the Role
Job Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential prospects within enterprise and large enterprise segments, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge to prioritise opportunities.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events to initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers.
Sales Engagement and Relationship Building
- Engage prospects using consultative selling techniques to understand their business challenges and position EROAD’s solutions as the ideal fit.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, fleet managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate EROAD’s value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales Engineers and Product Specialists to address technical requirements and align solutions to customer needs.
- Foster a culture of selfless collaboration across internal teams including Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Operations, and Product Development.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage and prioritise sales opportunities in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pipeline data throughout the sales cycle.
- Apply sales forecasting methodologies to track pipeline activity, identify risks, and execute action plans to achieve sales targets.
EROAD Values & Customer Focus
- Uphold EROAD’s values of safety and compliance in all customer engagements.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.

- Strong leadership capability with experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles in competitive markets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com for pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
