This is not just another sales role—it’s a unique opportunity to drive new business, shape the future of a growing company, and make a significant impact in the fleet management and compliance industry.

About the Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at EROAD, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the large enterprise and enterprise segments. This role is perfect for a passionate sales professional who thrives on hunting for new business, generating leads, and leveraging their industry network.

You’ll engage with key decision-makers, such as C-suite executives and fleet managers, using a consultative approach to understand their challenges and present EROAD’s solutions effectively. Your role will involve delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations, telling engaging stories that highlight how our solutions meet their specific needs.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong skills in storytelling, presentations, and negotiations with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated and confident, with excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Flexible and Growth-Oriented: Open to learning new technologies and adapting to a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel regionally once a month, interstate quarterly, and internationally once a year.

Why you’ll love working for EROAD:

EROAD is on an exhilarating growth path, and joining us now means making a real impact with our cutting-edge technology. You'll find opportunities for career advancement both in Australia and internationally, all while being part of a supportive and inclusive team that genuinely values your unique voice and contributions.

We’re looking for someone with the enthusiasm and charisma to drive success and stand out in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for an energetic and innovative sales professional who’s ready to lead and inspire. Bring your unique personality and fresh perspective to EROAD and play a key role in shaping the future of fleet management and compliance solutions.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
