The Enterprise Provisioning and Accounts Representative plays a key role in ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise services by accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders across the product and service portfolio, while consistently meeting defined service levels.
This role also provides end-to-end support for customer enquiries spanning billing, invoicing, accounts, payments, and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and a consistently high standard of customer experience across every interaction.

Let’s talk about you

  • Manage order processing and fulfilment of Enterprise products and services, ensuring all requests are accurately completed within defined service levels to deliver a high-quality customer experience

  • Provide end-to-end case management for customer enquiries, including billing, invoicing, accounts, payments, retention, billing disputes, and debt collection, ensuring timely resolution within service standards

  • Communicate effectively with customers (new and existing), external suppliers, and carriers via phone and email, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach

  • Process service requests efficiently and accurately, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused attitude to achieve strong service outcomes

  • Work across both Accounts and Provisioning functions within Enterprise Operations, with workload allocation based on business demand

  • Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment, following established processes while applying sound problem-solving skills where required

  • Escalate and clearly communicate issues, risks, and resolution activities to internal stakeholders to support service improvements and enhance customer experience

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial, Customer Experience, Technical Support, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure service assurance and support high-value customers

  • Maintain a strong focus on service quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all customer interactions and operational tasks

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Strong customer service skills with excellent phone manner and written communication ability

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

  • General knowledge of telecommunications products and services is advantageous

  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Previous experience in one or more of the following is highly regarded:

    • Service delivery / provisioning

    • Accounts and billing

    • Call centre or customer support environments
