Responsibilities:
- Develop, assess, update, and implement technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.
- Ensure activities and items align with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.
- Perform analysis and identify trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials.
- Recommend corrective actions when necessary to ensure flawless production standards.
- Ensure established manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures are consistently adhered to.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Engineering or a similar area.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMPs and ISO regulations.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of statistical process control procedures.
- Demonstrated history of effectively applying quality assurance protocols.
- Ability to compete in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
