Job Summary
At the helm of R&D organization - as a DRAM Product Engineering team member, you will be part of the Yield & Quality (YQ) team within the Product Engineering group. You will support the development, validation, and optimization of DRAM products through hands-on lab work, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This experience offers exposure to the full lifecycle of DRAM product development - from design to manufacturing and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in electrical characterization and validation of DRAM devices.
  • Support yield analysis and quality improvement initiatives using internal dashboards and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Test, Assembly, and Reliability Engineering.
  • Participate in lab activities such as device testing, failure analysis, and debug.
  • Document findings and present progress in weekly updates and final presentations.
  • Engage in structured onboarding and technical training programs tailored for new engineers.
