About the opportunity

At Axis Communications, marketing is at the heart of driving business growth, and the role of an End Customer Marketing Specialist is to support the strategic direction of our customer marketing initiatives across the Oceania region.

In the role, you will focus on understanding our customer needs and look for opportunities to build strong engagement and create customer loyalty. 

With the opportunity to work with the local, regional and global Marketing team, you will be hands-on in designing and executing the marketing programs that connect with our valued customers.

This role is ideal for a proactive and creative individual eager to learn and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

This position is based in our Melbourn or Sydney office with a requirement to travel domestically and some international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Oceania end customer marketing strategy and plan. 
  • Work with sales and other stakeholders to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns aimed at recruiting, engaging, and retaining end customers and driving demand. 
  • Promote Axis products and solutions to end customers via campaigns.
  • Plan and execute end customer-focused events, such as workshops, webinars, and trade shows, in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate on end customer marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture relationships, and support sales and business objectives. 
  • Lead key end customer marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders, timely execution, and measurable results. 

Qualifications, skills, behaviours and experience

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
  • Experience in B2B marketing position preferably within the technology or security industry
  • Experience and/or exposure in running a channel marketing
  • Proven experience building strong business relationships both internally and externally
  • A self-starter with strong creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player with a creative mindset and ability to influence peers and leadership.
  • Working knowledge of Martech like Salesforce and Pardot or similar are an advantage
