Hey mob! If you’re a proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, we’d love to yarn with you about joining our team at APM Employment Services as an Employment Consultant In Bendigo. What You’ll Be Doing

You will work with participants, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.

You will also:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
  • Develop tailored plans for participants to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment
  • You will empower participants by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers
  • Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

What you will need

  • You may require a current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle, but let’s have a yarn about that
  • Willing to complete a National Police check
  • Willing to obtain a MyID (standard level)
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children's check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
