The Senior Compliance Analyst conducts IT security and compliance assessments, audits, assurance reviews, and control effectiveness evaluations. They maintain regulatory and contractual obligation registers, monitor framework changes, coordinate remediation, develop governance documentation, and prepare reports and dashboards. The role provides guidance on risk management and security controls, supports certifications and customer audits, and partners with business and technology teams to improve compliance maturity.

Manage and improve the organization’s end-user computing environment, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, virtual desktops, and application delivery platforms. Responsibilities include deployments, patching, troubleshooting, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, performance optimization, capacity planning, architecture support, and roadmap development. The role collaborates with Digital, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and user-focused workplace technology services.

Design, build, and operate Azure cloud environments; develop CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions); implement IaC with Terraform and DevSecOps practices; automate delivery, monitoring, logging, incident response; collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams; contribute to platform architecture and standards; participate in on-call rotation.
