About the role
At nib, our purpose is your better health and wellbeing. Through nib Thrive, we’re transforming experiences for NDIS participants, and we’re looking for an Employee Communications & Change Coordinator to help bring our people on that journey.
This is a key role supporting how we communicate and deliver change across nib Thrive.
You’ll help ensure our people understand what’s changing, why it matters and what they need to do through clear, timely and engaging communications. You’ll also support the coordination of change activity, helping the business plan, sequence and successfully embed change.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating and maintaining the employee communications calendar
Drafting clear, plain-English communications for diverse audiences
Supporting content across channels including SharePoint, Teams and Workvivo
Maintaining the change register to provide visibility of upcoming and active initiatives
Supporting change activities including impact assessments, comms and readiness materials
Coordinating engagement activities, workshops and feedback loops
Gathering insights on communication effectiveness, engagement and change readiness
About you
You’re a strong communicator who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing clarity to complexity.
You’ll bring:
Experience in internal communications and/or change support
Strong writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
Experience supporting multi-channel communication and change initiatives
Strong stakeholder coordination and collaboration skills
Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
A proactive, organised approach and passion for helping people navigate change
Highly regarded:
Experience in health, insurance, NDIS or other regulated environments
Exposure to change management frameworks or technology rollouts
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive communication
