The Opportunity

To support our growing portfolio of High Voltage projects, we are seeking an Electrical Designer/Modeller to join our Power Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating 3D electrical models for substations using Revit MEP and AutoCAD, contributing to projects across Australia.

You will work closely with electrical engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and integrated designs. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed drawings and documentation in accordance with Australian standards and client requirements, participating in design reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support project delivery from concept through to construction, applying your technical expertise and collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality electrical modelling solutions.

About You

You are a proactive and technically strong designer with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments. You bring a balance of hands-on expertise, practical capability and the confidence to engage with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.

We’re looking for someone with:

· Experience in electrical modelling or a similar role in high voltage substation projects.

· Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

· Strong understanding of substation and high voltage electrical systems and relevant Australian codes and standards.

· Ability to produce electrical drawings/models with minimal supervision.

· Experience working on Defence, Transport, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly regarded.

· Familiarity with Navisworks, ACC, and Revizto.

· Knowledge of PDF software tools such as Bluebeam or PDF Exchange.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
