As an EHS Specialist, you will:
- Provide expert advice on Environmental, Health & Safety matters across the program.
- Support internal stakeholders with EHS processes, compliance requirements, and issue resolution.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
- Develop, review, and maintain EHS Management Plans in line with company requirements and relevant standards.
- Promote a workplace culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen EHS performance and awareness across the business.
We are seeking candidates with:
- 5+ years' experience in EHS or a related field.
- Tertiary qualifications in Environment, Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of applicable EHS legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as required.
- Energy, initiative, and a genuine commitment to improving safety outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in EHS or a related discipline.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Baseline Security Clearance.
- Australian Citizenship is required.

- Experience in a program, defence, aviation, or regulated environment.
- Strong background in safety systems, audits, and incident investigations.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
