Snowflake Educational Services is seeking an Education Sales Manager to sell our Education Services, focusing on the ANZ market. We're looking for a strong communicator who understands customer buying behavior and is eager to support customers and data professionals. In this high-impact role, you’ll help empower individuals and organizations through Snowflake’s training and enablement programs

The Education Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of customers, developing business with new and existing clients, and actively seeking new opportunities to drive customer enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing strong relationships with customers by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders while building and managing your sales pipeline.

  • Liaising with cross-functional internal teams to provide a gold standard in customer experience.

  • Serving as lead point of contact for all customer accounts and internal teams regarding Snowflake Training and Certification programs in your assigned territory.

  • Building, enhancing, and maintaining strong, trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

  • Negotiating and closing sales opportunities with a focus on exceeding targets, increasing student enrollment, and certification attainment, building enablement programs within assigned territory.

  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions aligned to customer needs/objectives.

  • Developing new business with existing clients and identifying new markets/opportunities to meet targets.

  • Forecasting and tracking key metrics (monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts, incl. business plans).

  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

  • Being a team player who elevates others and fosters strong customer loyalty.

  • Operating independently with initiative and a solution-driven mindset.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven work experience in IT Training and Certification as a Key Account Manager or a similar role, complemented by a BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of experience in Education Sales.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Track record of success in achieving quotas and assigned goals.

  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions that address customer needs.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail and effectively collaborating across all stakeholders.

  • Relevant technical knowledge in areas such as database systems, cloud computing, and virtualization, with the ability to engage deeply with technologies critical to the industry.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, alongside strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Sales training experience (consultative, SPIN, Challenger) will be viewed favorably.

  • Self-starter who can prioritize and complete work across concurrent projects and tasks.
