• $69,000 base + super, with progression to $75,000 base + super. 
• Uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of around $85,000 - $90,000, our top performers earn $100,000+ OTE

  The Role 

• Connect with prospective students who have already enquired about studying 
• Provide course and career guidance to help students make informed decisions 
• Build relationships and guide students through the enrolment process 
• Achieve individual enrolment and performance targets 
• Deliver an outstanding student experience from first contact through to enrolment 

  About You  

We're looking for driven, customer-focused individuals who enjoy achieving results and building strong relationships. You'll ideally have experience working in a call centre, travel, fitness, education, or another fast-paced sales or customer service environment. Experience within the education sector would be highly regarded but is not essential. To succeed in this role, you'll bring at least 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, a proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs, strong communication and relationship-building skills, resilience, energy, and a positive attitude. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for helping people achieve their personal and professional goals while thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
