About the Role 🤔
We’re searching for an E-commerce Coordinator to support the growth of our global online channels. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving the day-to-day execution across Shopify, Marketplaces, and Sanity CMS, ensuring product launches and content updates run seamlessly while driving continuous optimisation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys variety, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing e-commerce team.

What You'll Do 🌏
- Assisting with product launches and updates including: product creation, SKU/Kit creation, translations, price changes, and inventory sync
- Upload and optimise product assets across all sites and marketplaces including images, videos, and regional content variations
- Ensuring product availability is correct and accurately communicated
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across all channels and regions
- Support digital and e-commerce projects as required
What You'll Bring 🤝
- Confident using Excel and Google Sheets to manage and interpret data
- Previous experience in a similar ecommerce role is desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Process-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and email platforms (Klaviyo)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish or Italian) are highly valued
