Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of business processes across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring they meet performance targets and metrics.
- Work closely with Global Business Services teams to monitor customer service, order management, and distribution performance, and address any issues that arise.
- Meet regularly with various teams, including Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Planning, to understand priorities, resolve operational issues, and monitor performance.
- Continuously review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and work with experts to address issues and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Serve as a point of contact for questions and issues related to domestic orders in Australia and New Zealand, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert for domestic order processes, ensuring that GBS perspectives are represented in new projects and initiatives.
- Keep process documentation up-to-date, reflecting current standard operating procedures and complying with Kraft Heinz policies and controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, driving efficiency and higher performance levels.
- Uphold the company's values and contribute to its vision, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
About you:
- Proven work experience in 'Order Management' roles or similar
- Experience working in a supply chain and operational environment within GBS/SSC
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills (e.g. sales, supply chain, operations, customers)
- customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within a team environment whilst proactively contributing
- Relevant bachelor's degree (preferable)
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand with full working rights
