The ideal candidate is proactive and solution-focused with a creative approach, possessing advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email).
Multiple years of experience in a sales/commercial Strategy role, or both National Accounts and Category Management, preferably food & beverages industry. Strong channel/category insights experience, with the ability to generate and present actionable recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders (at all levels)

About the role
- Lead the analysis and reporting of sales performance metrics using the "Perfect Store" model to provide clear visibility and actionable insights to the field sales teams.
- Oversee and optimise the use of field sales technology, ensuring tools are effectively supporting Field Sales Representatives (FSRs).
- Collaborate on the design and development of a web-based insights platform to improve in-store knowledge and decision-making capabilities for the field team.
- Analyse consumer and category data to develop strategic plans that support business growth.
- Manage all aspects of Field Technology, ensuring accurate data loading and reporting for the "Perfect Store" metrics.
- Partner with Category Development and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for new product development (NPD), upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
