The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Document Writer to join Acciona as part of the Southern Program Alliance, this role will see you reporting to the Alliance General Manager as part of the Continuous Improvement & Innovation team. The goal is to support the creation and simplification of process documentation, building of knowledge and providing key insights to serve a growing database of procedures, policies, templates, guides, training materials, communications and report templates.
Your stakeholder engagement and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will set a solid foundation for your success.
Key Accountabilities for the position will be:
- Effectively coordinate requirements including updating documentation, assisting with project set up from beginning to end and providing editing and proof-reading support for submissions, Completions documentation, award submissions and critical reports.
- Create and simplify process documentation, enabling knowledge sharing and providing key insights into process improvements to serve a growing database of procedures, policies, templates, guides, training materials, communications and report templates.
- Collaborating with data analysts and key stakeholders to document processes and gain acceptance of standard processes and signoffs to deliver consistent, high-quality documentation while contributing to process and procedure document standards.
- Gather information from multiple sources and easily disseminate information to create high-quality documentation.
- Assist in communications, including video content, newsletter publications, and posters to promote CI&I KRA submissions.
- Create or work to create diagrams, charts and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a procedure, template or process.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Tertiary qualification in related field or demonstrated comparable skills and experience
- Demonstrated formal writing experience, including previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite of desktop applications and related software packages
- Current Driver Licence
