About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary and commercially astute Growth Chapter Lead to join our newly restructured Strategic Growth Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Executive of Strategic Growth and Operations, this pivotal role is designed to be self-funded through dual revenue streams—delivering immediate value and building long-term strategic partnerships.

You’ll lead the charge in expanding CommBank iQ’s reach into emerging Incubator sectors while forging high-impact partnerships with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, and Snowflake. This is your opportunity to shape the future of data monetisation and AI-enabled growth.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Lead integration partnerships with major platforms to embed CommBank iQ into client workflows.

  • Explore alliances with complementary data providers (e.g. mobility, market research).

  • Design and manage go-to-market strategies and commercial models for partnerships.

Incubator Sector Sales Leadership:

  • Drive sales across emerging sectors not yet covered by vertical teams.

  • Adapt and deploy existing CommBank iQ solutions to new market contexts.

  • Lead bespoke, high-value engagements and validate new sector opportunities.

  • Manage a robust pipeline with typical deal sizes of $100–500k and 6-month cycles.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in customer insights, data analytics, or related fields.

  • Proven success in consultative sales ($100k–$500k deal sizes).

  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and complex sales cycles.

  • Background in selling data-driven or analytics solutions to enterprise clients.

Industry Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of data analytics and customer insights.

  • Familiarity with data integration, privacy, and analytics workflows.

  • Knowledge of partnership ecosystems in tech, consulting, and data.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong partnership development and consultative selling skills.

  • Technical fluency to articulate integration opportunities.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
