This is an opportunity to shape major investment decisions, influence national energy outcomes, grow strategic client relationships and build a market-leading renewable energy advisory capability within one of Australasia's most respected design, engineering and advisory firms.

You will work alongside some of the industry's most experienced professionals while leveraging Aurecon's deep expertise across energy, transmission, program advisory, project delivery, environment, planning and major infrastructure.

The Opportunity

As Director, Renewable Energy within our Advisory business, you will play a pivotal role in growing Aurecon's renewable energy business and strengthening our position as a trusted advisor to developers, investors, government agencies, utilities and major energy sector clients.

You will identify future market opportunities, develop strategic client relationships and lead the pursuit of high-value, nationally significant projects.

Working across the full project lifecycle, you will help clients navigate complex investment, planning, delivery and operational challenges while creating opportunities for Aurecon's multidisciplinary teams.

You will also contribute to the growth of our people, helping to build capability, mentor emerging leaders and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and commercial excellence.

What Success Looks Like

Grow Market Presence

• Develop and execute growth strategies across the renewable energy market.

• Identify emerging opportunities across generation, storage and energy transition programs.

• Strengthen Aurecon's profile as a trusted advisor within the renewable energy sector.

Build Strategic Relationships

• Develop executive-level relationships with key clients, investors, developers, utilities and government stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex investment and delivery challenges.

• Create long-term partnerships that generate sustainable growth.

Win and Deliver Industry-Leading Work

• Lead the pursuit and winning of strategic opportunities across Australia.

• Shape innovative solutions for some of the country's most significant energy projects.

• Connect Aurecon's multidisciplinary capability to deliver greater value for clients.

Build Capability and Future Leaders

• Mentor and develop high-performing teams.

• Foster collaboration across energy, advisory, design and delivery disciplines.

What You'll Bring

You are likely to be an established leader within the renewable energy, infrastructure or energy transition sector with a successful track record of building client relationships, influencing major investment decisions and winning work.

You bring:
