What You'll Do:
Lead Expert Valuations
Complete sophisticated plant and equipment valuations across diverse sectors
Take ownership as Principal Valuer ensuring compliance with IVS/API/IFRS standards
Lead complex, high-profile assignments with national exposure
Drive Business Growth
Generate new business through strategic client development and relationship building
Cross-sell JLL's comprehensive service offerings
Represent JLL as a thought leader at industry events and client functions
Develop Talent
Mentor and manage Assistant Valuers and Valuers
Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Support recruitment and professional development initiatives
Deliver Excellence
Exceed client expectations through superior service delivery
Maintain JLL's reputation for accuracy and professionalism
Meet ambitious financial targets while ensuring cost-effective project delivery
What You Bring:
Qualified plant and equipment valuer (API, RICS, or ASA)
Minimum 7 years specialised valuation experience in Value and Risk Advisory
Bank panel representation across multiple institutions
Strong analytical and financial acumen with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and client relationship management abilities
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and ability to adapt to JLL systems
