Overview:
VIOTAS Australia deliver Smart Grid Flexibility Services for industrial electricity customers and we are currently looking for a Director of Grid Strategy & Solutions to join our team.
This role exists to bridge the gap between power systems engineering and commercial outcomes. Your primary focus is to identify how VIOTAS can leverage regulatory changes and technical grid challenges (such as system strength and inertia) to deliver new forms of value to the grid and our clients.
This is a senior individual contributor role that requires a high degree of technical credibility and commercial pragmatism. You will not be working in isolation; you will act as a strategic orchestrator, drawing on our local engineering and regulatory teams, as well as collaborating with VIOTAS’ Global Senior Leadership Team and international R&D resources to develop and launch new grid services.
This role will become eligible for the Company Management Incentive Share Plan, providing a pathway to a long-term stake in the company’s success.
VIOTAS is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
