Our Southern Elite team works with a select group of the region's most influential customers across Banking, Financial Services, Retail, Education and Healthcare. These organisations represent some of Cisco's largest and most significant opportunities, requiring executive engagement, long-term vision and coordinated execution across the business.

Reporting to the Southern Managing Director, you'll lead a highly capable sales team responsible for a portfolio of Cisco's most important accounts in the Southern Region, working across sales, specialists, services and partners to deliver meaningful outcomes at scale.

Your Impact

You'll own Cisco's relationships with a select group of the Southern Region's most influential organisations, leading some of the largest and most complex technology investment opportunities in the market.

As the custodian of our brand in these accounts, a key part of the role is to maintain pace with our global modernisation and bring to our customers a world leading experience in the era of AI, and era we are built for!

As a senior leader, you'll drive multi-year growth across a portfolio of strategic customers, developing bold account strategies, building trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and business executives, and identifying opportunities across networking, security, AI, software and services. You'll also work closely with our partner ecosystem to extend Cisco's reach and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Leading a high-performing team, you'll orchestrate specialists, solutions engineers, services and partners to execute complex opportunities and accelerate growth. Just as importantly, you'll create an environment where people can thrive, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion and collaboration while developing talent and championing Cisco's values.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading strategic enterprise, major account or large customer businesses within a complex technology environment.
  • Proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts and delivering against significant revenue objectives.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and virtual teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, digital transformation, cloud, security and AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technology or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large enterprise customers across Financial Services, Banking, Retail, Education or Healthcare.
  • Success leading large-scale transformation programs, strategic partnerships and complex sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of Victoria's enterprise landscape and partner ecosystem.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic growth with operational excellence and disciplined execution.
  • MBA or equivalent leadership experience.
