  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-value guests through personalised service, tailored experiences, and proactive portfolio management.

  • Leverage customer insights, portfolio performance data, and local market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimise business performance.

  • Partner with stakeholders across Gaming, Hospitality, Events, and Corporate functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences and seamless service outcomes.

  • Ensure all customer engagement, reinvestment, and credit activities are conducted in accordance with Crown's governance, regulatory, AML/CTF, and Responsible Gaming obligations.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant experience in casino marketing, VIP relationship management, premium gaming, luxury hospitality, or a similar high-value customer environment.

  • Proven success acquiring, retaining, and growing high-value customer portfolios and delivering strong commercial results.

  • Strong knowledge of the Melbourne premium customer market and demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and customer engagement.

  • Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills, with experience building trusted relationships with high-value customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing customer profitability, reinvestment strategies, and portfolio performance.

  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capability, using customer insights and market intelligence to drive decision-making.

  • Sound understanding of regulatory obligations, including Responsible Gaming and AML/CTF requirements.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion when managing sensitive customer and business matters.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience, together with the ability to obtain and maintain required casino licences.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
