Profile Requirements:

  • Five plus years of experience in digital marketing including paid and organic media.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring execution focused teams with people management strongly preferred.
  • Comfort giving clear feedback and holding team members accountable
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • High attention to detail with a strong appreciation for quality assurance and process adherence.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Multifamily experience is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

  • The Paid Media DPH Support Manager is responsible for the day to day leadership, execution quality, workflow management, and people management of Digible’s Paid Media Coordinators based in the Philippines. This role executes within Digible’s defined reporting and operating structure, balancing people leadership with strict adherence to systems, processes, and standards.
  • This role partners closely with the Director of Support and the Director of Business Operations to ensure consistent execution, process adoption, tooling alignment, and team development. The Paid Media DPH Support Manager project manages the support team’s workflow, maintains quality control across all executional work, and ensures the DPH support function is fully integrated into the day to day operations of Level 2 and Level 3 Paid Media teams.
  • This role does not own client or campaign strategy, but is a critical enabler of scale, efficiency, media performance and quality across the Paid Media organization.

  • What you’ll do:
  • Execute within Digible’s defined reporting structure, ensuring alignment to department leadership, operational systems, and performance expectations while balancing people leadership with system and process adherence.
  • Partner closely with Paid Media Department Leadership on team performance, development, readiness, and execution standards, providing visibility into support team health, risks, and capacity.
  • Partner with the Director of Business Operations to drive adoption of processes, tooling, documentation, and standard execution across the DPH support function.
  • Project manage the Paid Media support team’s workflow, ensuring work is properly prioritized, delivered on time, and held to quality standards across all executional responsibilities.
  • Serve as a key partner to Paid Media Agency Managers, ensuring the support team is fully integrated into the daily operations, priorities, and execution needs of their assigned Level 2 and Level 3 teams.
  • People Leadership & Management
  • Directly manage a team of Paid Media Coordinators based in the Philippines.
  • Own day-to-day people management, including weekly one-on-ones, performance feedback, coaching, and development planning.
  • Support onboarding, ramp, and training of new Paid Media Coordinators.
  • Build team readiness to support increasing levels of execution complexity through structured coaching and skill development.
  • Address performance concerns proactively and manage improvement plans when needed.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for coordinator questions, blockers, and execution challenges.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and engaged team culture aligned with Digible’s core values.
  • Execution Oversight & Quality Control
  • Oversee all daily executional work performed by Paid Media Coordinators to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to documented processes.
  • Maintain quality control across all support execution, including campaign builds, updates, audits, and platform changes.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of coordinator responsibilities, including campaign updates, QA checks, tracking and tagging implementations, geofencing work, bulk account updates, and creative or concession changes.
  • Monitor execution trends, error rates, and rework, and proactively address risks before they impact performance.
  • Partner with Department Heads and Business Operations to resolve recurring execution issues through process improvements or training.
  • Workflow Management and Prioritization
  • Project manage the end-to-end workflow of the DPH support team to ensure alignment with Level 2 and Level 3 team needs.
  • Manage daily and weekly task allocation to balance workload, meet deadlines, and maintain service level expectations.
  • Act as the primary owner of execution workflows and task management systems used by the support team.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and capacity risks and escalate recommendations with clarity and context.
  • Ensure the support team is fully integrated into the pacing, deadlines, and operational rhythm of Paid Media teams.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Act as an operational liaison between the DPH support team, Paid Media Department Heads, Agency Managers, and Business Operations.
  • Translate priorities and expectations into clear execution plans for the support team.
  • Provide visibility into execution health, workflow status, risks, and capacity to leadership stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong communication and alignment across time zones to support seamless execution delivery.
