THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

Our Global Digital Marketing team is dedicated to raising awareness, demand generation, and lead nurture and conversion through the use of digital channels to promote Ivalua’s services and solutions. The team’s score includes but is not limited to Website, Landing Pages, Email Marketing, SEM, SEO, Social Media (paid and organic), and Affiliate marketing. 

ROLE: 

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Global Digital Marketing Specialist. With 5 existing members, this role will support in the creation, implementation and optimization of Global Digital Marketing Campaigns on various platforms, and reporting of global digital marketing campaigns. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing who is based in Montreal, Canada.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Digital Marketing Campaigns: (35%)

  • Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:
    • Campaigns - Review and track campaign requests, coordinate with campaign owners, follow paid process to build out campaigns, review, and launch
    • Assist with copywriting for ads, emails or landing pages
    • Assist with email campaigns and building landing pages
    • Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Coordinate requests for creative assets, and translations
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks & ad hoc projects
  • Consistently review our website, emails and landing pages for quality assurance

Digital Marketing Reporting (45%)

  • Maintaining weekly and monthly reporting processes, including but not limited to:
    • Digital dashboards - manual and automated - for digital channel performance
    • Website analytics
  • Support management for report-outs for Global presentations
  • Develop a full understanding of all KPI’s and metrics and constantly improve our reporting to deliver more insights efficiently 

Global Content Support (20%)

  • Support global content team with webinars, 3rd party leads, & newsletter
    • Support in building emails and landing pages
    • Support in data hygiene
    • Coordinate design and marketing operations requests

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload under tight deadlines
  • Experience in the implementation and execution of multi-channel advertising strategies across email, websites, social media and advertising platforms
  • Experience in digital campaign reporting with a strong understanding of digital marketing KPI’s and metrics
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) or Google Suite
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, & HubSpot)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of marketing experience

The compensation range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Title: Global Digital Marketing Specialist

Base Range minimum: $45,000

Base Range maximum: $75,000

Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance. Other compensation factors may also be considered. Ivalua also offers exceptional benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement (with company match), and much more.
