Virtual Assistant – Admin/Bookkeeping (Healthcare / NDIS)
6-7AUD/hour
Dayshift (AU-BNE hours) – Part time : 30hrs/week
The client is a reliable Disability Support service provider that caters to the community under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) in Perth, Australia.
Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant with SEO Marketing Role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO while also driving the company’s SEO marketing strategies. This unique position requires a blend of organizational skills, marketing acumen, and an understanding of the NDIS industry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the NDIS or healthcare industry is a PLUS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
- Create compelling digital marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and target audience demographics.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online presence and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and image alt text, to improve search engine visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the company’s website and blog.
- Ensure all activities comply with NDIS guidelines and regulations
