We're Arc'teryx, and we build gear that's obsessively engineered to perform in the wildest weather. Born in the Canadian Coast Mountains, we're driven by design, performance, and a deep respect for the outdoors.

At Arc’teryx, we believe that great products start with great people. As our business continues to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of digital marketing activity across Arc’teryx ANZ.

Working across CRM, email, performance marketing, ecommerce and broader digital campaigns, this role helps bring the brand’s marketing priorities to life across the customer journey. You’ll coordinate campaigns, manage day-to-day digital activity, support channel execution and use performance insights to help improve what we do.

What you'll do...

  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across CRM, email, paid media, ecommerce and social, ensuring activity is delivered on time and on-brand.
  • Manage digital campaign calendars, briefs, assets, timelines and approvals across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, key brand moments, retail activity and promotional activity.
  • Coordinate the build, testing and deployment of email and CRM campaigns, supporting segmentation, customer journeys and ongoing optimisation.
  • Support paid media execution across channels including Meta and Google, monitoring spend, pacing and key performance metrics.
  • Support website and ecommerce marketing activity, including campaign launches, product activity, banners and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities and make practical recommendations.
  • Support the creation and coordination of digital content, including campaign copy, creative briefs, social content and other digital assets.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative, Community and Retail teams to deliver connected customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reporting and marketing resources, and proactively manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

What we're looking for...

This is a hands-on generalist role suited to someone who enjoys moving between different areas of digital marketing, is highly organised and has a strong eye for detail. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative, Community and Retail teams, as well as external partners, to ensure digital activity is connected, timely and on-brand. We are looking for;

  • Experience coordinating digital campaigns across multiple channels, ideally including CRM, email and paid media.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing or CRM platforms, including campaign build, deployment and reporting (Klavyio preferred)
  • Working knowledge of paid digital channels such as Meta and Google, and core metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, customer journeys and ecommerce.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for brand and detail.
  • Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking, reporting and analysis.

Why Arc’teryx?

We’re on a journey of significant growth across ANZ, and this is an opportunity to have a genuine impact. Some of the benefits we offer:

  • Generous discounts across Arc'teryx and other Amer Sports brands.
  • Paid parental top-up program.
  • Annual flu injections and skim checks.
  • Quarterly outdoor team activities and opportunities throughout the year to live it.
  • Access to local and global development programs.
  • Access to a local gear library across all Amer Sports brands.
  • Barista on-site every Wednesday.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
