We are a Technology Services Provider, enabling successful pathways for First Nations people in the numerous aspects of technology and business by enabling greater participation in IT and connecting country together. This joint venture is empowered collectively by Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd and Anaiwan Advisory.

We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate entry level Desktop Support Analyst to join our team and be based in Collingwood. This role is part time onsite, with working days ideally Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and this is negotiable.

 Our DSA provides friendly and knowledgeable support to customers with a positive, can-do attitude. You will have the opportunity to interact with a wide array of technology which includes both mac and pcs, tablet devices, server systems, network infrastructure and voice platforms although the bulk of the server and network elements will be managed by our specialist teams. 

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Supporting day-to-day IT support tasks.
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Collaborating with your peers who reside in technical and client-facing teams to achieve successful outcomes for the customer.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure incidents are prioritised and resolved within agreed service levels
  • Serving as an escalation and contact point for our customers, removing roadblocks, and addressing queries in a prompt manner.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our customers, predominantly remotely, through various engagements.
  • Reviewing, assessing and presenting monthly service delivery reporting, ensuring key SLAs and deliverables are met, or providing suggestions where improvements can be made.

What you'll bring:

  • A technical understanding or the ability to learn technological product services quickly
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrated through your ability to help people fix technical issues with their computers and other technology devices – even with your own family's devices.
  • A keen interest in technology and a strong desire to ensure that all technology is functioning optimally. You will be willing to learn new technology solutions and concepts to confidently liaise with staff and external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
