Job DescriptionReady to bring big ideas to life?
As our Design & Production Lead, you’ll sit at the heart of JAG’s marketing team, owning the design of high-quality creative across multiple brands and channels. From large-scale campaigns to everyday design projects, you’ll bring precision and creativity to ensure every asset is on-brand, engaging and executed flawlessly.
You’ll also take the lead on production management; coordinating suppliers, managing timelines, and continuously improving how we deliver creative work at scale. If you are someone who enjoys a fast pace, hands-on design and optimising how things get done- this is for you!
What you’ll be doing
Design high-quality creative across paid media, web, social, video and print
Deliver and roll out complex campaign concepts across multiple brands
Transform briefs into polished, production-ready assets that hit the mark
Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints
Lead production workflows from concept through to final delivery
Manage external designers, printers and production partners
Improve systems, templates, workflows and digital asset management
Maintain design libraries, templates and file governance standards
Who are we looking for?
You’re a creative thinker with a production mindset. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work every time.
You’ll bring:
3–5 years’ experience in a design role within a complex or multi-brand environment
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Canva
Strong attention to detail across design, proofreading and file accuracy
Experience managing production workflows and external suppliers
Agency experience well-regarded but not essential
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a growth mindset
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
Up-to-date knowledge of digital design trends and platform requirements
