About the Role…

We’re looking for a commercially minded and insights-driven Demand Planner to join our Operations team, reporting to our Operations Director. In this role, you’ll lead demand planning and forecasting across Arc’teryx, playing a critical part in shaping inventory outcomes and supporting business performance. Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Developing and continuously improving demand forecasts using data, trends, and commercial inputs
  • Monitoring forecast accuracy, bias, and volatility to drive improvements
  • Leading and contributing to an effective, insight-led S&OP process
  • Providing scenarios, risks, and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Supporting inventory optimisation and OTB planning with forward-looking insights
  • Partnering with D2C and Operations teams to improve inventory flow and availability
  • Maintaining strong data integrity across systems and planning tools
  • Delivering clear reporting and translating data into actionable insights

About you..

You’re highly analytical and commercial and enjoys working cross-functionally to influence outcomes to drive better decisions, while maintaining strong attention to detail and system discipline. You bring;

  • Demonstrated in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or a similar supply chain role
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP principles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP and planning systems
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Solid business and financial acumen
