Background: The Deal Structuring Analyst role will sit within our Deal Structuring (DS) team, a part of the wider Deal Structuring & Pricing Organisation (DSP). This team comprises of pricing experts who work on some of the most exciting, large-scale consulting and outsourcing projects around the world. Our work is at the intersection of strategy, finance, and innovation, helping clients navigate complex challenges with smart financial solutions. Whether you’re crunching numbers or brainstorming creative ways to structure deals, we’re all about finding the smartest path forward!

Your Role: As a Deal Structuring Analyst, you’ll be a key player in supporting large deals pursuit.  You’ll be working with a talented and diverse team to ensure the proposed commercial pricing is competitive, and aligned with client needs, whilst adhering to Accenture’s internal policies and US GAAP accounting standards. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across Accenture and have the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Work with Deal Teams: You’ll have the opportunity to work independently, owning the costing and pricing tools to develop persuasive pricing proposals for clients. You will also prepare financial documents that offer valuable insights into the proposed contract terms.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: From Sales to Solutions Architecture, you’ll work closely with different experts to make sure all deals are best in class solutioned, commercially well structured, tax-efficient and legally sound.

  • Problem-Solve & Improve: Be ready to identify and analyse changes that impact the pricing and financials and provide structured solutions to assist deal leads in deal shaping.

You will be provided with world-class training to ensure your knowledge remains up-to-date with the latest technology offerings and to support continuous upskilling in the age of AI.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You’re a Recent Graduate or Early Career Professional: You hold a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field, and may be pursuing a CA or CPA qualification.

  • Numbers & Microsoft Excel Savvy: You have a solid understanding of financial concepts and are proficient in Excel (we’ll even assess your skills as part of the process!).

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You manage your time well and love diving into details to ensure everything’s accounted for—no stone left unturned!

  • A Problem Solver: You’re not afraid to step outside your comfort zone to find creative solutions. Challenges don’t deter you—they motivate you!

  • Great Communicator: You’re able to explain complex ideas clearly, both in writing and in conversation. You’re comfortable talking to everyone from entry-level teammates to senior leaders.

  • Team Player: You’re all about working together to achieve the best outcomes, and you thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.
