Team Global Express (TGE) is transforming the future of logistics through data-driven innovation. We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Data Improvement Lead to drive enterprise-wide data quality initiatives that enhance customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
This newly created role will lead the development and implementation of robust data quality frameworks, working across business and technical domains to identify systemic issues and drive root cause remediation.
What You'll Do
Champion data quality across TGE, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
Develop and implement enterprise-wide data quality frameworks, metrics, and monitoring tools.
Collaborate with AI, Data, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to align data practices with governance and regulatory requirements.
Translate business pain points into actionable data improvement initiatives.
Build internal capability in data stewardship and quality monitoring.
Partner with platform teams to embed data quality checks across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years in IT roles, with 5+ years in data quality, governance, privacy, or compliance.
Experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks.
Understanding of privacy legislation and regulatory reporting practices - nice to have
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
