About the role .
Are you a dynamic, highly organized professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Regional Team Assistant to join our regional leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Regional Vice Presidents, Directors, and the wider regional team. Your proactive approach to diary management, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail will be essential for coordinating complex travel schedules, preparing high-quality business documents, organizing key events, and handling a diverse range of administrative responsibilities. What you'll be doing.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Regional Vice Presidents, Directors, and the wider team
  • Proactively manage complex executive calendars and Outlook diaries
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, agendas, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinate complex travel schedules, visa arrangements, and expense reconciliations
  • Facilitate clear communications and diary coordination across the region
  • Conduct travel budget research and maintain tracking
  • Manage purchase orders and process invoices
  • Organize meetings, conferences, Town Halls, and events
  • Take meeting minutes, follow up on actions, and manage document filing
  • Support special projects as required

  • Demonstrated experience supporting executives or teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, diplomatic approach
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and workflow
  • Proactive, confident problem-solver with a continuous learning mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Teams
  • Exercises sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
