Profile Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Data Entry role.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy in handling repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Flexible and willing to support additional tasks, projects, and administrative responsibilities as assigned as needed

Core responsibilities:

  • Accurately copy and transfer information between documents, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online platforms.
  • Organize, update, and maintain digital records, ensuring all information is complete and error-free.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including data entry, document formatting, and file management.
  • Assist with preparing reports, forms, and client documentation as directed by the executive team.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and ensure all work is completed within established deadlines.
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies or missing information before submission.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and assist with additional clerical duties as needed.
