What You’ll Do

  • Work independently within the Data and Analytics function across both on-prem and GCP systems with limited design assistance from senior leadership.

  • Run, create, and optimize standard processes and reporting to deliver metrics and reports to stakeholders with minimal manual intervention.

  • Conduct deep-dive data interrogations and client investigations to resolve complex data queries.

  • Prepare data for ingestion and analysis by assembling information from disparate sources to support data migration projects.

  • Accurately integrate Equifax, customer, and third-party data to solve analytical problems of moderate complexity.

  • Lead incident management for data-related issues; review code output for anomalies, determine root causes, and collaborate with technical teams, architects, and Product teams on corrective measures.

  • Communicate the business impact of findings and recommend appropriate courses of action based on quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Demonstrate the value of analysis to customers by relating data insights to their specific business needs.

  • Work closely with data governance and compliance professionals to ensure the proper use of all Equifax data assets.

What Experience You Need

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
