The role is based at assigned agency offices at least two days per week and may involve some travel.

募集管理業務のみならず、AOチームの労務管理（有給取得、出退勤管理、入社時面接）や内務管理（オフィス内自主点検、募集人点検）など幅広く、１オフィスマネージャーあたり３AOチームを担当し、AOチームに席を置きながら直接的な指導やサポート、アドバイスを行います。AOチーム内のコンプライアンスオフィサー的な役割を担って頂きます。
将来的には、オフィスマネージャーを束ねるチーム長（東日本、中日本、西日本）やオフィスマネージャーグループの年間計画策を行う本社部門であるAOCグループ（エイジェンシーオフィスコントロールグループ）のグループ長などのポジションの可能性もあり、管理職での活躍も期待されます。
