What You’ll Be Doing
- This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll build strong foundations while contributing to real work, including:
- Supporting day-to-day identity and access operations
- Managing user lifecycles (creating, modifying, and removing accounts)
- Handling access requests and permissions
- Configuring security controls like MFA and SSO
- Supporting identity governance and privileged access management (PAM)
- Assisting with server and application patching
- Helping troubleshoot incidents and issues
- Supporting application onboarding
- Maintaining documentation and processes
- Contributing to compliance and audit activities
- Identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Learning on the job through shadowing and mentorship
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
Technical Skills (exposure to):
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- Identity & Access Management concepts
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and structured mindset
