You’ll be part of a team that protects systems, secures access, and ensures the right people have the right level of access at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll build strong foundations while contributing to real work, including:
  • Supporting day-to-day identity and access operations
  • Managing user lifecycles (creating, modifying, and removing accounts)
  • Handling access requests and permissions
  • Configuring security controls like MFA and SSO
  • Supporting identity governance and privileged access management (PAM)
  • Assisting with server and application patching
  • Helping troubleshoot incidents and issues
  • Supporting application onboarding
  • Maintaining documentation and processes
  • Contributing to compliance and audit activities
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
  • Learning on the job through shadowing and mentorship

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field

Technical Skills (exposure to):

  • Active Directory & Entra ID
  • Identity & Access Management concepts

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and structured mindset
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Takes ownership and accountability
  • Security-focused with strong risk awareness
