We’re looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Partner to support the growth and retention of key Freight customers across the
TGE network.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll drive service excellence, manage escalations, deliver customer insights and help ensure our customers experience seamless freight solutions every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
Partner closely with Sales and Operations to support major Freight customers
Monitor and report on service performance, DIFOT and customer KPIs
Manage customer escalations and drive timely resolutions
Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience and retention
Support the sales team to achieve growth and service outcomes
Create & present Monthly & Quarterly PowerPoint presentations for delivery performance
About You
Experience in customer success, sales support, logistics or account management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with reporting, Excel and CRM systems
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Customer-focused, proactive and solutions driven
Freight, transport or supply chain experience highly regarded
