Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and Microsoft teams.
- Work with customers to establish and deliver success plans that support their business priorities.
- Coordinate Microsoft and Partner resources to achieve successful customer outcomes.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation activities.
- Help customers drive adoption and realise value from their Microsoft cloud investments.
- Support stakeholder alignment and facilitate governance discussions.
- Drive effective execution of customer success plans, milestones, and agreed actions.
- Collaborate across engineering, sales, support, and delivery teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Service Delivery, Customer Engagement, Portfolio Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering business outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, and Business Applications.
- Experience working in large enterprise or public sector environments.
