Location: Maroochydore (Hybrid)

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, able to balance conflicting priorities and provide first point resolution.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems and managing administrative tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and desire to contribute
