At Team Global Express, our integration platforms sit at the centre of how customers connect to our network - APIs, WebMethods, AWS environments, identity and access management.
You’ll ensure they are:
Stable. Secure. Scalable. Fast.
Your mission
Oversee development, enhancement and support of integration between applications
Lead WebMethods (on-prem & SaaS) and AWS components
Ensure strong cyber posture — access controls, monitoring, remediation
Drive performance optimisation and automation
Partner with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps and UI/UX
Translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes
Develop team capability and delivery standards
You’re accountable for uptime, velocity and security.

High availability across the integration estate
P1/P2 incidents reduced and tightly managed
>95% SLA resolution
No end-of-life systems in production
Critical vulnerabilities remediated within 60 days
Automated builds completed in 1–2 hours
3–6 quality production releases per quarter
Lead time from idea to production under 90 days
>80% technical satisfaction across stakeholders

Who thrives here
5+ years leading integration or digital application teams
Deep understanding of APIs, integration architecture and AWS
Experience integrating with Active Directory & identity platforms
Ideally, has WebMethods experience (on-prem & SaaS)
Strong security and authentication knowledge
Calm under pressure during incidents
Customer-first mindset -always
Proven ability to lead in complex, fast-paced environments
