We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Integrations Applications Manager to join our digital transformation journey. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering customer-first solutions and driving innovation in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the portfolio of Customer Integration applications primarily on WebMethods.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage high-performing technical teams focused on digital and customer integration solutions.
Develop and execute strategies that prioritize customer experience and digital innovation.
Oversee software development, data analysis, and quality assurance testing to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital offerings.
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven, hands on experience with WebMethods (MUST HAVE)
At least 5 years of experience in developing customer and digital integration solutions.
Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams within a digital or customer-focused environment.
Strong background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strategic thinking with the ability to create and implement customer-first initiatives.
Deep understanding of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
