Mirrastone is a leader in building residential homes, with brands including Sherridon Homes and Royston Homes. Our vision is simple: to be the home builder most known for changing consumer views on home building in Victoria.

The Role

Our Customer Experience Coordinators partner with our clients all the way from Sales Accept through to handover of their new home.

They are the central point of the client's journey; there is nothing that moves without them being across it. So, the type of people that usually exceed expectations in this role are usually multi-tasking superheroes, along with being amazing at documentation, version control, and most importantly, understanding who to talk to in order to get the job to site.

They also understand that when things don't go according to plan, it's better to be on the front foot with the client, rather than the client chasing them.

Those of you who know what I am talking about will understand.

This is a full-time role based in our Derrimut office, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, with one day of work-from-home flexibility.

About You

In all honesty, we are looking for someone willing to do the work, show up, have a great laugh whilst here, and grow with the business.

Ideally, you will have either Pre-Site or On-site Coordination experience, but want to challenge yourself in an end-to-end environment. Trust us, not everyone can do what our team does; however, no one will help you carve out a career in building and construction like us.

Qualifications and Experience

  • You can read and interpret a set of plans

  • Have worked in a similar role previously

  • Experience in residential building would be ideal

  • Understand how to treat a client well

  • How to manage internal stakeholders

What's on offer

  • A passionate and fun team

  • Training, development and mentoring

  • Opportunities to grow within the organisation

  • Heaps of cool company events throughout the year

  • Diversity, inclusion and a bunch of fun people doing fun things

  • Onsite Parking

Next Steps…..

If it sounds like you, we would recommend you make an application today to get the ball rolling. We look forward to your application.

Please note: You must have unlimited Australian work rights to be considered for this role; as well as being able to interview in person.

To all our agency partners and other prospective recruiters, we are confident of fulfilling this role ourselves.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
