We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our exciting Customer Experience Consultant team in Melbourne. You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer support, and enhancing the overall client experience.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing;
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from our clients (average of 60-70 interactions (blend of calls & emails) daily calls per day, approx 30-40 emails per day)
- Accurately log client requests into our systems
- Resolve queries efficiently and professionally
- Meet client KPI’s and contribute to team targets
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
- Support and improve internal processes and procedures
What we’re looking for;
- A natural "people person" who enjoys helping others
- A confident communicator with a passion for customer service
- Excellent phone manner and a knack for sending concise emails
- Strong multi-tasker, juggling different tasks without compromising quality
- High attention to detail and accuracy, a natural problem solver!
- Positive attitude, integrity, and honesty
- Organised, self-disciplined, and a team player
- Experience in a call centre environment or customer service role (ie, retail or hospitality etc) is a plus but not essential – we’ll provide full training so you can develop your career!
- Proficient in computer literacy and keyboard skills
