This is a hybrid position based either in our Melbourne Yarra Falls location. A role you will love

You’ll join a friendly, high-performing Utilities Customer Service team, acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and webchat. Your focus will be delivering excellent customer experiences through accurate processing, strong communication, and strict adherence to established processes. Find out more about Computershare Utility Services.

Some of your key responsibilities may include: 

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and webchat, consistently exceeding customer expectations
  • Achieve first-call resolution by following defined processes
  • Identify customers with complex needs and refer them to appropriate support services
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing forums
  • Take ownership of personal development and continuous improvement
  • Identify and contribute to improvements in productivity, quality, and service delivery
